Critical Path ATX reads public City of Austin open data. Those records can include names and phone numbers of applicants, owners and contractors. We remove those personal fields before storing or showing records.
When you click the Sync AB+C button while signed in to Austin Build + Connect, it runs in your own browser and reads your permit and case lists and each case's summary and work flow, using the sign-in you already have. It never sees or stores your AB+C password, and it changes nothing in AB+C. We store case details for the cases you track (case numbers, addresses, descriptions, statuses, dates, and the City staff assigned to each review with their work phone numbers). We do not store applicant, owner or contact details from AB+C. Synced cases update each time you sync again.
To run the service, send the sign-in codes and alerts you ask for, process payments, provide support and improve the product. We do not sell your information and we do not use it for advertising.
Critical Path ATX uses Cloudflare (hosting and database), Resend (email delivery) and Stripe (payments). Each processes data only to provide its service to us.
We use one essential cookie to keep you signed in. We do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.
We keep your data while your account is active. Email support@criticalpathatx.com to export or delete your account; we delete it within 30 days, except records we must keep for tax or legal reasons.
Data is encrypted in transit. Sign-in uses one-time codes, and sessions are stored as hashes.
The service is for professionals and property owners and is not directed to children under 13.
We will post updates here and email account owners about material changes.
