Critical Path ATX

Text message updates

Program: Critical Path ATX project updates. Sent by Critical Path ATX, Austin, Texas. Last updated October 17, 2026

Critical Path ATX tracks City of Austin development approvals. Text updates are optional: when one of your projects needs attention, such as City comments posted, a review past its due date, a permit close to expiring, or an approval, you get one short text that morning.

How to sign up

Each person turns texts on for themselves, inside the app, in Settings under Text updates:

  1. Enter a US mobile number.
  2. Check the box agreeing to receive texts. It is never checked for you.
  3. Enter the 6-digit code we text to that number. Texts start only after the code is confirmed.
